Shipping

We offer free shipping in Canada over $100! However, there are some exceptions. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our free shipping to select remote areas due to the higher cost of shipping. If you are placing an order to be shipped to one of the remote locations listed below you will be charged a flat rate at checkout. Final shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the destination.

If the shipping rate exceeds the flat rate provided at checkout, our customer service team will reach out to provide you with an updated rate and will send through a payment request via PayPal for the difference. We will require the payment request to be completed before we are able to ship your order.

Returns/Refunds

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of being received.

A product may be exchanged or returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odours, animal hair, and damage

A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days once the package has been received back and inspected. Please include your order number and name associated with the order on a piece of paper inside the package to prevent any delays in processing. 

To initiate a return, please email admin@twolinebrands.com with the following information:

  1. Order number and name of purchaser
  2. Photo of product with tags on and in new condition
  3. Reason for return

The return package must be postmarked back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return.

We stand by our products and they are designed and made with great care. Your product is designed to last through standard wear and tear when use/care instructions are followed. In the case that there is an issue related to a defect, please notify us via email (admin@twolinebrands.com) with photos attached and within 10 days of the receipt of your product if there are issues with the product in its new and unworn condition. Items washed/worn are not eligible for returns/exchange/refunds.
