It does not cover normal wear and tear, pilling, or damage to material from outside forces. Zippers are covered under warranty for 3 months from purchase date.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the products. It does not cover pilling, dye fading or stains caused by use. Remember to wash your bamboo inside out, with the zipper done up, in cold water & on a delicate cycle with gentle detergent to preserve the integrity of your products and keep them looking & feeling like new for longer!
